BioIQ Seaweed is produced from approximately 20 seaweed varieties found in coastal Victoria, using a unique technology that avoids the overuse of chemicals and heat,resulting in the retention of more bioactive substances, and making it a more environmentally friendly product.
It is now known that the effectiveness of seaweed products can be explained by the presence of groups of plant hormones, namely auxins, cytokinin, and betaines. Seaweed products also contain natural bioactive substances such as vitamins, free amino acids, fulvic acids and alginates. Alginic acid also stimulates the activity of soil microbes.
